Our story begins long before the launch of AIVIN.
- In the early years, Mr. Neeraj Agarwal, along with his younger brothers Mr. Amit Agrawal and Mr. Sharad Agrawal, gained extensive experience in the hardware industry.
- In 1991, they founded Modern Industries,
specializing in lock manufacturing. Through hard work, quality craftsmanship, and ethical business practices, the company grew from a local manufacturer into a globally recognized brand, serving customers and distributors worldwide.
- Over time, the business evolved under the SHARAD Brand, building a strong reputation for reliability and excellence.
- Inspired by this foundation, the next generation carried the vision forward. In 2021, Mr. Satyam Goyal established SANCUS Industries Private Limited, creating the platform for future innovation and growth.
